Status
Single node, single region. This page is written by the deploy job, so it is
as fresh as the last release — it is not a live health probe. For machine-readable health use
/v1/healthz from inside the network.

Restarts for updates happen on Sundays around 03:00 UTC and take under a minute. In-flight
transcodes resume from their last completed segment; API calls during the window get a 503
with Retry-After.
Known issues
Interlaced 1080i sources with broken field order metadata come out with combing artefacts
on the 480p rung. Workaround is an explicit deinterlace = true in the profile.
Proper detection is on the list.
Very long sources (over about six hours) push the playlist past what some older TV browsers will parse. Splitting them at ingest is the current advice.
